At Tradelists.com, maintaining a secure and compliant marketplace is our highest priority. To ensure trust, legality, and user safety, we enforce the following guidelines for product listings on our platform.
Compliance and Legality
All listings on Tradelists.com must adhere strictly to applicable international, federal, state, and local laws. Any goods that are prohibited or restricted by law in any region are not allowed on our platform.
Additionally, any product that infringes intellectual property rights, is unlawful, or could facilitate illegal activity is strictly forbidden.
User Responsibility and Platform Enforcement
It is each member’s duty to verify that any product or offer they post complies with this policy and relevant legal standards. Tradelists.com retains full authority to:
• Remove listings that violate these rules without prior notice.
• Suspend or permanently disable accounts of users who repeatedly breach these policies, even after warnings.
Prohibited Product Categories
The following categories of items are prohibited from being listed on Tradelists.com:
a) Illicit Drugs and Controlled Substances
• No listings for narcotics, tranquilizers, psychotropics, synthetic drugs, steroids, or any other regulated substance.
• Precursors and equipment for drug manufacture are also banned.
b) Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices
• Prescription medications and controlled drugs are not permitted.
• Listings for unapproved medical products or devices are disallowed.
• Ingestible products claiming sexual enhancement benefits are banned.
c) Counterfeit or Infringing Products
• Imitation items and replicas of branded goods are not allowed.
• Unauthorized reproductions or pirated content violating intellectual property rights are strictly prohibited.
d) Precious Metals and Gemstones
• Trade in gold bullion, gold dust, silver, and other raw precious metals (excluding finished jewelry) is forbidden.
• Uncut diamonds and conflict minerals from non-compliant sources cannot be listed.
e) Forged Financial Instruments
• Listings involving counterfeit currencies, stamps, or similar items are strictly barred.
f) Tobacco and Related Products
• Cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, and any smokable or chewable tobacco products are prohibited.
• Electronic cigarettes and related accessories may be listed only without nicotine or e-liquids.
g) Alcoholic Beverages
• All types of alcoholic drinks—including beer, wine, and spirits—are banned from the platform.
h) Fake Documentation
• Forged academic credentials, government-issued documents, transit permits, and identity papers are not permitted under any circumstances.
i) Wildlife and Animal Derivatives
• Items involving endangered species, animal parts such as ivory, bones, hides, shells, tusks, or internal organs are strictly prohibited.
j) Financial and Investment Services
• Listings offering loans, fundraising, money transfer services, credit repair, or bank instruments (e.g., guarantees or letters of credit) are not allowed.
k) Other Prohibited Listings
• Adult content subscriptions or chat services
• Sale or exchange of event tickets or legal contracts
• Credit card offers or applications for personal financial services
